What counts as an active employee?
An employee with an active account on the platform in that month. Employees who leave are deactivated and are no longer billed.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. One-off costs (equipment, implementation) and monthly costs (licences, SIM) are shown separately in the estimate. Electronic signatures and SMS messages are billed only when used.
Which currency is used for invoicing?
Prices are in EUR, excluding VAT. Invoices are issued in RON at the National Bank of Romania exchange rate on the invoice date.
Can I switch off the Self Service module?
Yes. The first 12 months are free. After that it is billed automatically and can be switched off at any time from the platform.
