6 Implementation
Added automatically according to the selected module.
Time Tracking implementation includes account setup, data import with Creasoft assistance, configuration of time tracking rules and one training session (max. 3 hours), within 3-10 working days. Personnel Administration implementation includes import of data and historical documents from REGES, 3 custom templates and a separate training session.
7 Usage-based services
Not part of the monthly licence. Billed only for what you use. Optionally estimate the monthly volume to see them in the offer.
Advanced electronic signatures
Employee signing with single authentication: 0.10 EUR/document. Two-factor authentication (OTP by SMS/e-mail): 0.50 EUR/document. Multiple employee signing: 1 EUR/set. Multiple manager signing: 0.01 EUR/session. The estimate below uses the standard workflow of 0.10 EUR/document.
