Creasoft has developed the most advanced and easy-to-use digital solution for managing maintenance and repairs, based on QR code labels attached to equipment that are scanned by the technician sent to repair or service the equipment. Additionally, the Creasoft software allows real-time planning of repairs from a phone; the person opening the repair ticket can add instructions and/or pictures or documents attached to the instructions, which are immediately sent to the technician.
- Importing Equipment/Devices that require maintenance or repairs can be done from Excel or programmatically (via an API) directly from the ERP
- Individual self-adhesive QR code labels are printed, which are attached to equipment/devices
- Online scheduling of inspections and repairs is done, manually or automatically, and tickets are created
- Automatic notification of technicians, who can receive additional maintenance/repair instructions
- Confirmation of maintenance or repair is done by technicians by scanning the QR code with a smartphone

The “turnkey” solution also includes the delivery of professional ink printers - Zebra brand, for printing laminated labels, on which multiple indicators can be printed: QR code, inventory number from accounting, description, location. The printers are portable and allow the printing of self-adhesive labels from phones, tablets, or PCs.
By scanning the QR code attached to the equipment/device with any phone, the actual completion of inspections and repairs is guaranteed, and the exact location where this QR code scan was performed can be identified.
Upon scanning, the technician can add photos, documents, and comments related to the repairs performed. This data is centralized and stored in the history.
