Real-time Monitoring
The system provides complex real-time information regarding earnings, quantities sold, product type, payment method (cash, POS, RFID, wallet, SMS), errors occurring on the vending machines, etc. All information can be generated for a certain period and exported in Excel format for further processing.
Stock and Cash Management
The client is informed in real-time about the stock of ingredients in the vending machine, the supply needs, or the amounts in the cashbox and change dispenser. Stock management is greatly improved, with calculations being performed automatically based on recipes and ingredient supplies made by agents.
Alerts
From the interface, multiple alerts can be configured regarding critical stocks, errors that inhibit the vending machine's functionality, maintenance schedule overruns, sabotage, or temperatures outside configured limits.

Cash Register Integration in the Creavend Application by Creasoft
Creasoft is implementing a new method of integration with cash registers in the Creavend application for monitoring vending machines. This advanced integration allows the automatic retrieval of sales data, amounts collected, and errors directly from the fiscal cash registers. Thus, vending machine operators will benefit from more efficient and accurate management of their commercial activities.

- Sales Data Retrieval: The Creavend application will automatically collect information on completed sales, facilitating monitoring and reporting.

Additional Features in Development
- PLU (Product Look-Up): Creavend will be able to send the product list (PLU) directly from the application to the fiscal cash register. This will simplify and automate the updating of product offerings available at vending machines, ensuring perfect synchronization between the application and the cash registers.
- Z-Report Generation Commands: Operators will be able to send commands to generate daily closing reports (Z) directly from the Creavend application, simplifying the daily accounting and reporting process.
